Career Prep Program

Top Pathway to IB

SEO is one of the most prestigious pathways into finance for underrepresented students. Their high school program feeds directly into their college internship program, which places students at Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, KKR, and more.

Who it's for

High school freshmen through seniors who identify as Black, Latino, or Native American. Program is free and highly selective.

Application timeline

High School Program

National + Local Chapters

INROADS prepares students from underrepresented backgrounds for corporate careers, including finance. Their high school track provides coaching, skill-building, and connections to internship opportunities at INROADS corporate partners.

High school students (any grade) from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in business or finance. INROADS has chapters in cities across the US.

Student Leaders Program

Paid, 8 Weeks
